Highlights​

This release introduces the AI Assistant, a major expansion of assessment modules, several new strategy analysis tools, a complete Reports section, and in-app Notifications.

🤖 AI Assistant​

  • Conversational AI embedded in the platform (accessible via the robot icon 🤖 in the topbar)
  • Reads your live organizational data through secure tool calls

📊 Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA)​

  • Create structured questionnaire-based assessments across defined digital capability dimensions
  • Assign sections to participants with in-app notifications
  • Maturity scoring (1–5 scale), evidence capture, and comments
  • Radar chart, heat map, gap analysis, and trend comparison reports
  • Requires digital_maturity_assessment_core plan feature

🏆 Excellence Assessments​

  • Evaluate against excellence frameworks (EFQM, Malcolm Baldrige, or custom)
  • Assign criteria to evaluators with in-app notifications
  • Score-based evaluation with evidence and OFI (Opportunities for Improvement) documentation

🔔 In-App Notifications​

Improvements​

  • Global cycle filter: All report and dashboard pages now respect the cycle context from the topbar filter
  • AI tool rate limiting: Protects against excessive AI tool calls per user per hour
  • AI circuit breaker: Automatic fallback if AI provider is unreachable
  • PII filter: AI responses scrubbed of personally identifiable information

Bug Fixes​

  • Fixed OKR health score calculation on edge cases where cycle duration was less than 10 days
  • Fixed tenant switcher navigation not resetting to safe path on detail pages

Removed​

  • Admin FAQ removed from user documentation (moved to SA-specific docs)
  • Admin & Setup section removed from user documentation (applies to SUPER_ADMIN only)
