3 Minutes: Visualize the Phase Flow

PHASE 1: Setup (Lay the Foundation)

  1. Enter your organization structure (Holding → Company → Division → Team)
  2. Create the Strategic Cycle ("2025 Strategy Year")
  3. Write the Mission & Vision definition

PHASE 2: Reality Filter (Spending Capacity)

  1. Inventory your resources (Budget, FTE)
  2. Get approver approval
  • If approved → Proceed to PHASE 3
  • If insufficient → Return to PHASE 1 (update vision)

PHASE 3: Assessment (Your Current Position)

  1. Analyze the current state (baseline metrics)
  2. Balanced Scorecard (4 perspectives)
  3. SWOT Analysis
    • If positive → Proceed to PHASE 4
    • If negative → Return to PHASE 1 (update vision)

PHASE 4: Execution Plan (Goals & Projects)

  1. Create Strategic Themes (3-5 focus areas)
  2. Define your OKRs (Objectives + Key Results)
  3. Link Initiatives (operational projects)
  4. Start periodic reviews (WBR, MBR, QBR)
