PHASE 1: Setup (Lay the Foundation)
- Enter your organization structure (Holding → Company → Division → Team)
- Create the Strategic Cycle ("2025 Strategy Year")
- Write the Mission & Vision definition
PHASE 2: Reality Filter (Spending Capacity)
- Inventory your resources (Budget, FTE)
- Get approver approval
- If approved → Proceed to PHASE 3
- If insufficient → Return to PHASE 1 (update vision)
