Mission & Vision
Strategy → Mission & Vision records the company's direction for the selected planning cycle.

Create a record
- Choose the correct company and an active planning cycle.
- Open Strategy → Mission & Vision.
- Open the create action and enter the mission and vision text.
- Save. The planning cycle comes from the global cycle selection.
Both text fields are required. You cannot create a second record for the same planning cycle; open the existing record. Missing/inactive cycles or an existing record produce an error.
Review and edit
Open the existing record to read both statements. If you have edit permission, choose Edit, change the text and save; deletion requires separate permission and confirmation. Shared write restrictions such as company suspension also apply.
This page has no separate Core Values editor, example-behavior field or counterexample field. You can include relevant values in the existing text if needed; do not expect a separate record form.
Writing suggestions
- Describe today's service and value in a short mission statement.
- Describe the desired future situation in the vision rather than only a growth number.
- Refer to these statements when reviewing focus areas and objectives.
These are methodology suggestions, not controls that unlock a later phase.
