Organization Settings

Audience: Company Admin, Group Admin, Super Admin

Edit company information

  1. Select the company in the top bar and open Settings → Organization Settings (/platform/tenant).
  2. Review the company information, branding and Company settings cards.
  3. Open Edit. Company name is required; complete description, domain, sector, country, employee count and website as needed.
  4. Set the primary color and Logo URL. The logo is an accessible image address.
  5. Save the changes. If an error appears, check the field or your access status.

The company's active/suspended status is displayed here. Only the Super Admin or the company's Group Admin changes that status. Company users cannot edit a suspended company; those two administrators can make corrections. The Strategy Manager cannot edit the company profile.

Company settings

The three periods in the Company settings card are changed through Edit:

SettingDefaultRangeEffect
Check-in reminder14 days1–365In an active OKR cycle, a key result with no progress update for this many days is STALE.
KPI overdue grace7 days0–3650A KPI becomes overdue this many days after its expected measurement date.
Invitation validity7 days1–365Used when no duration is given for an invitation; cannot exceed the platform invitation cap. Group-only invitations use 7 days.

These values belong to this company. They do not change other companies' periods. Platform security caps, including the maximum invitation lifetime, are managed separately.

Success criteria template

Under Settings → Success criteria template, define the company's default KPI criteria (basis, 5 levels, 4 thresholds). Admin, Strategy Manager, Group Admin within their group, and Super Admin can edit it.

The template is copied into each new KPI; it does not update existing KPIs. A new company starts with a copy of the platform default: EN labels for English, otherwise TR. Later platform-template changes do not alter existing company copies. See KPI Tracking.

Other settings

  • Choose your interface language on your Profile page.
  • The Super Admin manages the mail server under Platform Settings.
  • Menu Settings controls company module visibility.
  • Set planning-period dates under Organization → Planning Periods, and OKR-cycle dates under Goals & Tracking → OKR Cycles.
