Menu Settings

Audience: Company Admin, Group Admin and Super Admin

Choose the company's enabled menus under Settings → Menu Settings (/platform/menu-config). Changes apply to the selected company; other companies in the same group are configured separately.

Show or hide a menu​

  1. Select the correct company in the top bar. A selection notice appears if none is selected.
  2. Find the row in Organization, Situation Analysis/Analysis Tools, Strategy, Goals & Tracking or Reports.
  3. Change its visibility switch. A Hidden tag identifies a disabled menu.
  4. Press Save. Unsaved changes are not the company's stored configuration.

Hiding a parent menu also hides its child pages; child rows indicate the hidden parent and disable their switch. Show the parent first. If the effective entitlements do not include the module, the row's switch is unavailable; changing visibility cannot grant that entitlement.

Difference from permissions​

Menu configuration restricts the areas a company uses. User role, unit scope, ownership, confidentiality and module entitlement still apply. A visible menu does not let a Member create records or edit another unit's work. Opening a hidden module's address directly does not grant access either.

When access is unexpected, check company selection, module entitlement, visibility and Role Guide scope in that order. If saving fails, inspect the error; do not assume the change applied before the success notification.
