ABR = Annual Business Review
ADMIN = Tenant administrator role
Approval = A workflow decision by an authorized actor under the relevant record and unit rules.

BSC = Balanced Scorecard - Strategic metrics
Blocker = Obstacle (Issue blocking OKR execution)

CEO = Chief Executive Officer (Corporate decision maker)
Cadence = Periodic review cycle (WBR, MBR, QBR)
Status Report = Status Reports module under Situation Analysis
Cycle = A planning cycle or OKR cycle, interpreted with its type and date range.

Dashboard = Panel for viewing Strategy/OKR progress
Data Loss = Loss of recorded information; distinct from a low assessment result.

Gap = Difference (Between current state and Vision)

Initiative = Tactical execution items
Interval = Period (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)

KPI = Key Performance Indicator
KPI register = The single register of all KPIs in the tenant (Goals & Tracking → KPI Tracking). Each KPI has an owner unit, an optional responsible and one continuous measurement series.
KPI usage = A report or analysis using a KPI from the KPI register. Only the weight and (for BSC/Focus Areas) the perspective are report-specific.
Report weight = The KPI's weight in that report (greater than 0, default 1).
Retired KPI = A KPI no longer tracked; it accepts no measurements and cannot be added to new reports, but its history stays readable.
Success criteria = The KPI's evaluation rule: basis (achievement rate or actual value), 5 levels and 4 thresholds, always applied to the total value. The same wherever the KPI is used.
Report score = The weighted average of the evaluated KPI scores in a report, weighted by report weight; shown with its coverage percentage.
Closing snapshot = The immutable record of a closed planning period's report KPI values, criteria and report scores. Closed reports show only this.

Feedback = Reviewing assumptions and connected records based on results; not a mandatory return-to-phase action.
