What is this?

Every page in COS has a ? (question mark) button in the bottom-right corner. Clicking it opens a help panel specific to the page you're on. This panel:

  • Explains what the page does
  • States why it's important
  • Provides a step-by-step usage guide
  • Shows tips specific to your role
  • Links to related pages

How to use

  1. Click the ? button in the bottom-right corner of any page
  2. In the panel you'll find:
    • Title & Description — Brief summary of the page
    • Prerequisites — Things to do before using this page
    • Steps — Numbered action sequence
    • Related Pages — Links to connected modules
    • Role-Specific Notes — Customized notices based on your role
    • Tips — Professional usage recommendations
  3. Close the panel by clicking X or clicking outside
