Overview
COS provides three reporting modules, each with a different scope:

Strategy Reports
Accessing
Go to Reports → Strategy Reports
What it Shows
- Overall strategic cycle progress: How far along is the active cycle?
- Theme-level health: Progress per strategic theme
- OKR completion rate: % of OKRs on track vs. at risk
- Unit comparison: Side-by-side comparison of unit performance
Key Actions
- Export: Export as PDF or Excel for board presentations
- Filter by cycle: Switch between past and current cycles
- Filter by unit: Drill down to a specific division or team
Performance Reports
Accessing
Go to Reports → Performance Reports
What it Shows
- KPI dashboard: Aggregated KPI performance across the organization
- Health breakdown: Count of KPIs that are On Track, At Risk, or Off Track
- Unit performance matrix: Ranking of units by performance score
- Top/Bottom performers: Which KPIs or units are leading or lagging
Key Actions
- Filter by cycle and period: Focus on a specific quarter or year
- Filter by KPI category: View only financial, customer, or process KPIs
- Drill-down: Click a unit or KPI to see detail
Roadmap

Go to Reports → Roadmap
What it Shows
The Roadmap provides a Gantt-style timeline view of strategic initiatives, with:
- Initiatives by phase: Which initiatives are in each strategic phase
- Duration and dates: Start/end dates on a timeline
- Milestone markers: Key milestones and checkpoints
- Progress indicators: % complete per initiative
- Dependencies: Visual links between dependent initiatives (where configured)
Key Actions
- Filter by theme: View roadmap for a specific strategic theme
- Filter by unit: See initiatives owned by a specific team
- Zoom in/out: Change the time scale (monthly, quarterly, annual view)
- Export: Download as image or PDF for presentations

- Use Strategy Reports for board-level presentations
- Use Performance Reports for management team weekly/monthly reviews
- Use Roadmap for planning sessions and tracking execution against the plan
- All report pages support cycle context from the global filter bar (top of screen)
