My Tasks
Menu: Goals & Tracking → My Tasks (/my-tasks)
This page brings together Digital Maturity and Excellence assessment questions assigned to you. It is not a combined list of OKR initiatives or general project tasks; review those in My OKRs and the cycle's OKR views.
Open tasks
- Select the correct company.
- Open an assessment-type tab you may access in My Tasks.
- Expand an assessment heading.
- Review dimension/capability, question, status, score and comment.
Tabs follow access permissions and company menu configuration. If none are available, the page explains this. An available tab without tasks may mean no questions have been assigned yet; ask the organizer to check assignments.
Save an answer
- Choose Answer for an unanswered question or Edit for a draft answer.
- Enter a score from 1 to 5 and a comment when needed.
- Save the draft.
- Check the answer and its status in the list.
Saving an answer does not finalize the assessment. Answer approval, reopening and assessment finalization are separate actions.
Approve and reopen
With answer editing/approval permission, a scored draft offers Approve and an approved answer offers Reopen. An approved answer cannot be edited directly; use the permitted reopen action first. Assessment state and server-side access rules are checked for every action.
Use Retry on a loading failure. Review the displayed error if an action fails; a failed save is not a saved answer.
