What is an Excellence Assessment?
Excellence Assessments evaluate your organization against excellence frameworks — such as EFQM, Malcolm Baldrige, or custom organizational models. They:
- Score your organization across defined criteria (enablers and results)
- Identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Generate visual reports to track progress over time
Plan Requirement: Requires the
