Problem: "Dashboard won't load / KPIs not in sync / Freezing"
Severity: Medium
Scope: Platform performance

Quick Checks​

  1. Network connection: Is internet fast?
  2. Browser: Is it a modern browser? (Chrome, Firefox, Safari latest)
  3. Browser tab count: Are too many tabs open?
  4. Device: Sufficient RAM?

Data Sync Issues​

Problem: "I updated KPIs but dashboard doesn't see it"

Expected: Real-time update
Actual: 5-10 min delay

Solutions:

  1. Hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) / Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
  2. Wait: Dashboard updates every 5 minutes
  3. Check: Were KPI values actually saved? (Edit page check)

Dashboard Loading Slow​

Problem: "Executive dashboard takes 30 seconds to open"

Causes:

  • Large data range (1 year vs 1 month)
  • Too many OKRs (100+ on dashboard)
  • Network latency

Solutions:

  1. Filter date: Last quarter only
  2. Filter theme: Specific theme only
  3. Reduce page: Close other tabs

OKR List Slow​

Problem: "OKR list 50+ items, navigation slow"

Solution:

  • Search/filter: Find specific OKR
  • Pagination: Built-in (not load all)

Report Generation Slow​

Problem: "Quarterly report export 10 minutes"

Expected: 1-5 minutes Solution: Try again (server cache may help)

  • Device type (Mac/Windows/Mobile)
  • Timestamp when happened

Best Practices​

✅ Performance:

  • Use filters (don't load all data)
  • Close unused tabs
  • Clear browser cache weekly
  • Use latest browser version
