User Management
Q: How many users can I create?
A: Unlimited (depends on license)
Q: Is user deletion possible?
A: Deactivate (soft delete). Hard delete = support request.
Q: Is there batch user import?
A: CSV import via API (contact support)
Tenant Setup
Q: How long does tenant setup take?
A: 30-60 minutes (org tree + users)
Q: How do I access tenant switch?
A: Top-left corner → Tenant selector
Q: Can I access admin panel without super admin?
A: No. /admin/* pages are SUPER_ADMIN-only. Tenant-level management for ADMIN is under the Platform menu.
Roles & Permissions
Q: Can I add new roles?
A: No, roles are fixed (SUPER_ADMIN, GROUP_ADMIN, ADMIN, STRATEGY_MANAGER, TEAM_LEAD, MEMBER)
Q: Can I customize permissions?
A: No, RBAC is system-defined
Q: Can I transfer role between departments?
A: Yes, user edit → org unit → save

Q: Can I export data?
A: Reports → Export (Excel/CSV)
Q: What is the data retention policy?
A: Active data indefinite. Audit logs 7 years.
Q: Is it GDPR compliant?
A: Yes, data residency + right-to-delete
