Dashboard Types

1. Executive Dashboard

Who: CEO, STRATEGY_MANAGER Access: /executive/dashboard

Displays:

• Strategic Health: Overall strategy execution status

• OKR Status: Green/Yellow/Red by corporate OKR

• KPI Trends: All BSC metrics real-time

• Alignment Map: Which OKR supports which theme

• Resource Utilization: Budget spend vs plan

Navigation:

1. Dashboard'ı aç

2. Filter by: Quarter, Theme, Owner

3. Metrics displayed: Real-time KPI values

2. Unit Dashboard

Who: TEAM_LEAD Access: /dashboard (restricted to own unit)

Displays:

• My Unit OKR: Team OKRs + scores

• My Team KPI: Weekly metrics

• Alignment: My OKR → Corporate OKR links

• Team Progress: Green/Yellow/Red status

3. Personal Dashboard

Who: MEMBER Access: /dashboard

Displays:

• Assigned OKR: My assigned work

• My Progress: Completion %

• Team Activity: What team is doing

• Track trend, not just current value

❌ Common mistakes:

• Assuming green = all's well (check underlying KPIs)

• Not updating KPIs regularly (stale data)
