Adım 3: Scoring Process
For each Key Result:
Actual value girin (Year-end number)
Target already filled (from OKR creation)
System calculate eder: Actual / Target = Score
Her OKR için:
Comment field'ine yaz (250 characters min)
Confidence level: High / Medium / Low
Next quarter adjustment: Yes / No

Common Mistakes
Mistake: "Tüm OKRs green?"
→ Unrealistic. Target'lar challenging olmalı. Some yellow/red normal.
Mistake: "Comments gerekli mi?"
→ Evet, especially yellow/red. Learning için.
Mistake: "Skipped an OKR in scoring?"
→ Close button won't activate until all scored.
After quarterly close:
New cycle planning: FAZ 1'den başla (new year)
Adjust themes/OKRs based on learnings
Start FAZ 2 resource allocation
